Cancellation & Refund Policy

By engaging with Web999, issuing a work order, approving a proposal, or completing a payment via UPI, Bank Transfer, Razorpay, or Credit/Debit Card, the Client explicitly acknowledges and accepts that no refund requests will be entertained.

2 Why Digital Services Are Non-Refundable

Unlike physical tangible goods that can be returned to inventory, digital agency operations involve irreversible technical expenditures and dedicated man-hours that cannot be recouped:

• Immediate Human Resource Deployment: The moment a payment is confirmed, UI/UX designers, front-end coders, and system administrators are allocated specifically to the project.
• Intellectual Labor: Custom design prototypes, website wireframes, structural layouts, and programming logic cannot be un-created or re-used.
• Irreversible Third-Party Costs: Server space allocations, SSL certifications, domain registrations, and licensed font/plugin APIs are purchased in real time and are non-recoverable from third-party vendors.

3 Website Design & Development Policy

For custom static, WordPress, and eCommerce web development projects:

• Advance Deposits: The initial upfront deposit (minimum 50%) is deemed fully earned by Web999 upon receipt to cover project onboarding, planning, and design concepts. It is completely non-refundable.
• Change of Mind: If a client decides to discontinue, pause, or abandon a project midway due to personal circumstances, change of business direction, or internal delays, no partial or prorated refund will be provided.
• Dormant Projects: If a project remains stalled for more than 30 days due to pending content, imagery, or approvals from the client's end, the project shall be considered delivered, and all fees remain non-refundable.

4 Domain Names & Web Hosting Infrastructure

All server provisioning and domain registrations are automated through ICANN-accredited registrars and international datacenters:

• Domain Names: Once a domain name (.com, .in, .org, etc.) is booked, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or altered as domain registries do not reverse registrations under any condition.
• Web Hosting & Servers: Hosting accounts are rented on dedicated SSD cloud servers. Once activated and IP addresses are provisioned, hosting fees cannot be refunded.
• Suspension for Non-Payment: Hosting or domain renewal fees must be cleared prior to expiry. Expired services deleted by the upstream registry cannot be restored via refund claims.

5 SEO, Backlinks & Advertising Budgets

Search Engine Optimization and digital advertising require immediate, live disbursement of capital:

• SEO Campaigns & Backlinks: High DA guest posts, contextual backlinks, and on-page technical optimization are non-refundable once published across partner publisher networks.
• Google & Meta Ad Spend: Budgets loaded onto Google Ads or Facebook/Instagram ad managers are consumed in real time by the respective ad networks. Web999 agency management fees are 100% non-refundable.

6 Chargebacks & Fraud Dispute Policy

We take fraudulent chargebacks, bank disputes, and unauthorized claims extremely seriously:

• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your credit card provider, bank, or payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal) in violation of this signed agreement is considered a material breach of contract.
• In the event of an unjustified chargeback attempt, Web999 reserves the immediate legal right to:
  1. Suspend or shut down the client's live website and domain DNS routing immediately.
  2. Revoke administrative cPanel and source code access.
  3. Submit this binding policy, timestamped email logs, and work proof to banking authorities to contest and defeat the dispute.
  4. Recover administrative, legal, and dispute collection fees through formal legal recourse.

7 Revisions in Lieu of Refunds

Clients are encouraged to communicate specific changes, bug reports, or styling requirements during the designated review periods so our team can rectify them promptly.

8 Cancellation of Future Renewals

Clients may cancel future recurring renewals (such as annual web hosting, yearly domain renewals, or monthly website maintenance plans) at any time by sending an official email to info@web999.in at least 15 days prior to the billing cycle.

Cancellation of future renewals stops subsequent billing; however, no retrospective or partial refunds will be issued for remaining unused days in the current active cycle.
